This Strategic Plan describes how JAY4T’s Leadership and community aim to realize our path towards supporting young people in their personal development, enterprise creation, and making positive change in their communities. It outlines our three goals and the underlying objectives.

To alleviate poverty, improve welfare, promote good governance, nurture talents and contribute to environmental conservation.
